Deliveroo in Milton Keynes – Review

Deliveroo Milton Keynes

Deliveroo, I love youuu!

So, a few weeks ago I was invited to try out the Deliveroo service which has just landed in Milton Keynes – I know, amazing right!? So who was I to turn down food…

If you’re wondering what Deliveroo is, it’s all about having delicious freshly made restaurant food delivered to you in a jiffy. (Not an actual Jiffy bag, just, ya know, pretty quickly!)

Deliveroo have lots of men and women whizzing about on bicycles delivering the yummy food. You may have spotted them in London, I know I have! But now Deliveroo is here in Milton Keynes, saving MK from rubbish take aways and boring work lunches.

The service is really simple, you can check on their site to see if they deliver to you, register for an account, top up your account with food money and choose from a whole host of restaurants.

In Milton Keynes you can choose from the following restaurants: YO! Sushi, Jamie’s, Wagamama, Mr Pretzels, Burger King, Banana Tree, Loch Fyne & so much more!!

So I bet you’re all wanting to know what I ordered right!?

Well…I opted for a feast from Giraffe, to be delivered to my workplace. Imagine amazingly yummy food at your working desk. Yes. It can actually be a reality and it’s lush!

I found the ordering service really easy, plus there’s a little box when you order in case you need to add any further delivery info – super helpful!

My food turned up bang on time and was delivered to me to cute little Giraffe paper bags and carefully packaged in plastic containers – so no worries about spillages during their journey.

I chose a yumalicious starter of salt and pepper squid with chilli jam and fresh lime, which was to die for. This kinda food is right up my street, so to be able to scoff it at my desk was a true pleasure.

For my main I went on the healthy route and (staying with the fishy theme) selected the king prawn, chicken & mango salad, which was a feast for the eyes and mouth. A super colourful dish with cucumber, radish, avocado, mixed leaves and a tequila lime dressing – uhuh! Super yum!

So there you have it, amazingly delicious food from your favourite restaurants delivered directly to you thanks to Deliveroo – love it!

Check out their website to check if your home or workplace area is covered by their delivery service:

Do keep an eye out for the Deliveroo “Express Lunch” soon to launch in Milton Keynes too – this is where they will deliver your feast to your desk, meeting or even a spot outside in the sunshine (wow!) in less than 15 minutes!! How great is that?

If you fancy signing up to Deliveroo and £10 credit to kick start your yummy adventure, here’s my referral link which will enable you to do just that (plus I’ll get a little extra too, so TIA!): …be sure to refer your friends once you’re all signed up too!

*Food money was provided by Deliveroo for me to review this service, but my thoughts on the fab service and the awesome food is most definitely my own. Some photographs were provided by Deliveroo (besides the ones of my lunch!), to help show you how amazing it all is!
